I'm Josh. I'm pretty much a man of few words. Don't force me to be talkative, that is one thing that irritates me the most. I'm a very respectful guy when I first meet someone. I drink socially only if i'm not the one driving home. Audio has a place in my life, and it will always be a part of my life. I play Bass Guitar, it was my fifth year playing on 1/16/09. To summarize myself in just a few short paragraphs is a more taxing task (hey, say THAT three times fast...) than I'd expect. Being a professional nurse for some 28 years, I feel like I know how to relate to many types of people. My career is important but not the end all. I am happy whether I am alone or with others. I am comfortable enough with myself that I don't need anybody else to justify my existence. Hey people, what's up. I decided to come on here to see what there is and take the next step. I am currently work as a Department Supervisor that pays like crap, but it is enough to pay the bills, i guess. I am looking to go back to school for Automotive or Information Technology. I am now just recently divorced. It became official just last month so I am free. Yay me! I just look at it as a mistake in my life that I am glad didn't turn out much more horrible than it could have. I'm just at a really bad part in my life. Things are a lot more complicated than they seem.

I am originally from Upstate NY. I moved out to AZ in 1998 and then to NY in 2007 and back to AZ in late 2008. I love AZ and it is my home. The majority of my family lives back in NY, but I try to keep in contact with them as much as possible.

I live with the best freakin friends ever. They are also from NY, but moved out here to get a fresh start with things. I will be moving out of here soon anyways cause they are starting a family, rather i say expanding their family, so I am forced to find shelter elsewhere. Its ok, i totally understand. My and my friend are into a lot of gaming, computers, car, you name it, we talk about it. My dad is in the military so Iâ??ve moved around my entire life, which sucks for making lifelong friends, but Iâ??ve been a lot of cool places so I guess there is a trade-off. Iâ??ve been in Phoenix about a year and I donâ??t really know anyone here (not in my own age group at least). It doesnâ??t really help that Iâ??m pretty shy.

Iâ??m somewhat outdoorsy but in a lazy, lets-not-hike-15-miles-up-a-mountain-at-breakneck-speed kind of way. I like going for walks just for the hell of it. Iâ??ve gotten into bird watching so now I walk with my binoculars and sometimes I worry that people think Iâ??m a voyeur
Thatâ??s probably a more interesting hobby than bird watching though.

I like looking for animals but suck at finding them.

I wish I were better at soccer. Iâ??m not good at any sports, but soccer hurts the most.

Tattoo culture and art touch my funny spot. I am also rather hot for giraffes... I like browsing bookstores in my off time, catching a movie or something of that nature. I'm always up at night late into morning, pretty much at home, unless dragged into some insane adventure or a chill pub somewhere. Walking in the rain, splashing in puddles excites me and there is an incredible sense of peace that I get from sitting on the floor covered in paint or whatever mess I'm using to make something of even if it's in the kitchen whilst dancing obnoxiously singing opera.

If you watched the horrible movie Joe Dirt you would have been informed that this was the "trailer park capital of the United States". I no longer believe this to be true now that mansions take up the lush green hillsides. By the way. The only thing redeemable about that movie is that it had Christopher Walken in it.
I have a associates degree in media arts and animation from the Art Institute of Phoenix. I have yet to do anything with it but I feel like my new years resolution would be to get back on the wagon and do something with it because it would just be a waist of money anyways. I am also trying to pursue music somehow as it seems to become a greater love of mine more and more everyday.
